Keywords: social partnership, models of social partnership, dignity, mission, education of citizens

Abstract

Social partnership is a necessary element for the successful operation of educational institutions. Due to this, the active generation is actively involved in implementing a wide range of projects, interaction with various public and private institutions. However, the establishment of effective models of social partnership requires the fulfilment of certain conditions, including: legal, psychological, informational, etc. The ability to combine these components is the key to successful interaction of educational institutions with external stakeholders. Nevertheless, not all educational institutions use the complete opportunities of social partnership. Most of them are corrected well-established relationships without seeking to expand their partners and without relying on the interest and support of other entities, especially private enterprises and non-governmental organizations. Such a negative perception of possible interaction is facilitated by the confidence of educators that non-profit, government projects may not be of interest to entrepreneurs and businessmen. Therefore, as a rule, representatives of educational institutions passively wait for commercial appeals that may come from stakeholders regarding the lease of space, use of material resources, while not being able to position in the market to achieve their core business.
Having studied foreign experience in social partnership, the author has identified the main aspects of successful implementation of projects, among which the most undeveloped and in need of implementation in Ukrainian educational institutions is marketing and economics, which involves creating a kind of “brand” from each educational institution, its unique mission, slogan, strategic plan, corporate code, etc. Although it may seem that all these components a priori exist in educational institutions, their public presentation requires some effort and knowledge of market laws, and their implementation leads to an increase in the rating of prestige and recognition of institutions, and thus motivates other members of society to cooperate. including economic sphere.
