All materials published in the scientific periodical of the institution are objects of copyright and are subject to legal protection in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine and international norms.
In order to ensure open access to the results of scientific research and at the same time proper protection of the rights of authors, publications are distributed under the terms of an open license.
In particular, a Creative Commons license is used, which gives users the right to:
- freely read, download, copy and distribute materials;
- use them in scientific, educational and non-commercial activities;
- create derivative materials (subject to compliance with the terms of the license).
The mandatory conditions of use are:
- proper reference to the author(s) and the source of the publication;
- preservation of the integrity of the content (if necessary, with an indication of changes);
- compliance with the terms of a specific license specified for each publication.
The use of open licenses contributes to the dissemination of scientific knowledge, increasing the accessibility of research results and the integration of Ukrainian science into the global scientific space.
