Procedure for withdrawing published articles

Retraction is carried out in cases of serious violations that make the research results unreliable or such that they cannot be used by the scientific community. The decision on retraction is made by the editorial board on the basis of the established facts after giving the author the opportunity to provide an explanation. If necessary, independent experts may be involved. Retraction is formalized in a separate message with a clear indication of the reasons for the retraction. The original text of the article is not removed from the collection archive, but is marked as “Retracted” with an appropriate explanation. All messages about corrections, warnings or retraction are linked to the original article and its DOI and are open to readers.
The collection does not practice hidden removal of materials without official notification and ensures full transparency of changes related to scientific publications.
The previously paid fee for editorial and publishing services in the case of retraction is not refundable.

A request for withdrawal (retraction) of a publication may be initiated by authors, editors or third parties. After receiving such a request, the editorial board carries out an appropriate check with the involvement of the authors and, if necessary, independent external experts.

If necessary, the authors of a scientific article under consideration in the journal may initiate the procedure for withdrawing their manuscript. Such a request is allowed only before the publication of the article. To withdraw a manuscript, authors should contact the editorial board with an official letter, which must clearly and reasonably state the reasons for such a decision. The letter must be concise and signed by all co-authors
