QUALITY OF EDUCATION OF CHILDREN OF EARLY AND PRESCHOOL AGE IN THE PROCESS OF THEIR PHYSICAL DEVELOPMENT: THEORETICAL ASPECT

Abstract

The article reveals the regularities of the quality of education of children of early and preschool age as a balanced correspondence that is in development – a process of qualitative changes; the process, which is characterized by a contradictory essence, the unity of changes; development, as a contradiction that has a gradual ascent from lower to higher. The essence of the phenomenon under study is clarified
The author considers a stable connection that reveals the relationship between: the needs of physical development of children of early and preschool age and the needs of children, which are declared in the Basic Component of Preschool Education in Ukraine (2021); between the goals of the standard of preschool education in Ukraine and the goals of the educational process, which is aimed at the physical development of children of early and preschool age; between the formed motor and health-preserving competences (educational direction “Child’s personality”) and corresponding competences.
Contradictions in the content of the educational process, qualitative characteristics of motor, health-preserving competences and competences, which are determined by the driving force of the development of balanced compliance, are revealed. The author defines the resolution of contradictions as an interaction of opposite parties (the process of accumulating, expanding the child’s motor experience, increasing the level of physical qualities, improving the formation of posture). The gradual transition to a qualitatively new level requires managing the process of resolving contradictions in order to form the declared balanced correspondence identifying their characteristics.
It is clarified that the process of forming qualitative characteristics of motor and health-preserving competencies and competencies, ensuring their quantitative characteristics, definition, and finding a measure, remains under the guidance of teachers of institutions of preschool education.
The continuity is considered as a process of preservation and reproduction, which is characterized by a sequential transition from lower to higher. It describes the process of development of balanced compliance of education of early and preschool children with their needs, goals, conditions, and standards. At each new stage of its development, the positive remains that was in the previous stages of development and in its denial, which allows to influence the teachers of institutions of preschool education on the transition to a higher level of development, to direct the process of physical development of children.
It is specified how teachers obtain correspondence between motor competence and competence, health-preserving competence and competence, the qualitative characteristics of which are agreed in accordance with the needs of children of early and preschool age, meet the stated needs of children in the Basic Component of Preschool Education in Ukraine (new edition); correspond to the goals stated in the current development program for children of early and preschool age, consistent with the goals that the teachers sets for themselves and children during motor, health-preserving activities (during several years); age of children, their motor experience based on a higher quality level of physical development of children of early and preschool age according to the process of succession.
