EDUCATION OF LIFE SAFETY CULTURE ACTIVITIES OF CHILDREN AND STUDENT YOUTH UNDER THE CONDITIONS OF MARTIAL LAW

Abstract

The author highlighted the issue of fostering a life safety culture activity for children and youth under emergency martial law conditions. The risks are characterized, and the impact of dangerous processes of the living environment under the martial law conditions is analyzed. The peculiarities of the activity of public associations are considered, the most relevant aspects of fostering a life safety culture activities for children and youth under emergency situation are outlined.
Through the analysis of the scientific approaches to the research concept definition, we define the life safety culture as a level of readiness and person’s ability to observe safe behavior, risk prevention, prevention and reduction of harm from various types of dangers to the person himself and to the society as a whole. A necessary condition for the formation of a life safety culture activity for children and school youth is the conscious attitude of the individual to various types of dangers, competence in the field of dangers, and especially the acquisition of practical skills and methods of protection against such dangers.
The range of problems that require further solution of overcoming the consequences of military aggression of children and youth safe life activities are outlined.
In order to achieve the goals and objectives of the research, methods of theoretical search, empirical and statistical analysis were used to summarize the data.
The practical significance of the research is that institutions of secondary, out-of-school and higher education could use its materials, as well as departments for work with youth of the state administrations or united territorial communities, public associations or social services for children and youth.
