ANALYSIS OF RESEARCH ON THE PROBLEM OF FORMATION OF SOCIALLY SUCCESSFUL PERSONALITY OF A HIGH SCHOOL STUDENT IN INSTITUTIONS OF GENERAL SECONDARY EDUCATION

Abstract

The article presents an analysis of research on the problem of forming a socially successful personality of a high school student in institutions of general secondary education. The purpose of the article is the analysis of the results of the formative stage of the pedagogical experiment on the identification of formative influences for improving the process of forming a socially successful personality of a high school student in institutions of general secondary education and the proposed content and technological support.
The main provisions of the method of forming a socially successful personality of a high school student, which is conceptually implemented by modeling a safe, comfortable health-preserving educational environment, are substantiated; modernization of methods (reflexive-explicit, “equal to equal”, narrative, cluster, personal representation) and forms (webinars, educational and excursion volunteering, storytelling, business and role-playing games, web-cases, elaboration and creation of creolized texts, namely book trailers, comics, booklets, posters, brochures, scrapbooking, photo collages); introduction of socio-pedagogical technologies (“case-study” as an educational technology, the developmental potential of portfolio technology in the educational process, advocacy as a technology for positive changes in the educational environment, the practice of using gamification in the system of institutions of general secondary education, means of information and communication technologies in the formation of a socially successful personality of a high school student.
According to the results of the experimental study, there were positive quantitative and qualitative changes regarding the levels of formation of the socially successful personality of high school students in general secondary education institutions.
The conclusions emphasize that the formation of a successful personality takes place in the process of student activity in various forms, subject-subject interaction of students with adults and peers based on initiative, personal responsibility and tolerance, adequate self-esteem and motivation for success.
The practical significance of the article is that its materials can be used in the organization of educational work in institutions of general secondary education, out-of-school education, scientists, post-graduate students, students.
